about

— PwC

Out of undergrad, I moved to San Francisco and started my professional career with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). I studied Marketing and knew I wanted to work in the technology industry, so I interviewed for projects that were relevant and challenging. As a management consultant, I often worked with business and technical teams to deliver services in ecommerce, marketing and sales operations, training and even risk management.

    • Achieved signoff on launch, and began training for over 500 senior staff in the US, UK, and Australia
  • Agile and Design Thinking
    • Co-led design sessions in NYC, Miami and Chicago to gather feedback from practice leaders across the firm
    • Designed guidance for all staff levels to adopt Agile and Design Thinking practices
    • Secured approval of guidance and began distributing material to small focus groups for more feedback

    • Led a 2-person team developing an over 100 page training curriculum (yikes!) that new training would be sourced from

  • Business and Technical Team Management
    • Aligned business and technical stakeholders on MVP scope along a 6-sprint plan
    • Though the largest project in scope in recent years for the client, we took them from developing to testing and helped plan cutover activities in preparation for go-live
  • Target Operating Model
    • Managed a 3-person workstream defining a future state target operating model for the sales and marketing organizations
    • Successfully held over 30 sessions to detail day-to-day activities of various staff, to ensure processes were not redundant and ultimately aligned to the leadership's company-wide strategy
